CDC, our planners, presenters, and their spouses/partners wish to disclose they have no financial interests or other relationships with the manufacturers of commercial products, suppliers of commercial services, or commercial supporters except with Dr. Jean Anderson who has stock with Gilead. Dr. Franco is a consultant for Gilead. Planners have reviewed content to ensure there is no bias.

Content will not include any discussion of the unlabeled use of a product or a product under investigational use with the exception of Dr. Berry’s discussion on GC and CT for the 2015 STD Treatment Guidelines. He will be discussing NAATs for extra genital gonorrhea and chlamydia testing. He will talk about information on investigational gonorrhea treatments. Ms. Barbara Wilgus’s lecture on Sexual History will touch base on extra genital screening for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and STD/HIV PTC at Johns Hopkins are jointly providing the CNE for this activity.

CDC did not accept commercial support for this continuing education activity.
