The AIDS United Access to Care (A2C) initiative supported innovative, evidence-based, collaborative programs that connected thousands of low-income and marginalized people living with HIV to supportive services and health care. All funded projects within the A2C portfolio developed a team of organizations that collaborated
to reduce barriers along the HIV care continuum, provided innovative solutions to longstanding access problems, and changed the way that systems operate in their communities.
